Extended Holiday Return Policy
As always, but especially at the holiday season, your complete satisfaction with the gifts you give is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with a purchase made between November 15, 2009 and December 24, 2009, you have until January 24, 2010 to call customer service (800) 272-1759 to arrange for an exchange or refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Return Policy:

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will be more than happy to exchange your product or refund the purchase price. However, refunds and exchanges are only issued during the 30 days following your purchase date. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you are returning merchandise as a result of an error on the part of Marlo Brands or defective product, we will exchange it free of charge, or refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

Tracking your order:
You will receive an e-mail notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This allows you to track your order until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep.

Order Cancellation:
If you'd like to cancel or change an order for any reason, please contact us and make sure to include your order number or call 1-800-272-1759 as soon as possible.

Delivery Information:
All orders are processed within 24 hrs if received by 3:00pm PST and shipped via USPS (United States Postal Services) Priority Mail unless otherwise instructed.
